Now that we’ve met, you can call me Brian.
I’m a dad of two grown-up kids and happily married to my lovely, supportive wife, Janice. I’m a Proud Member of The Magic Circle, the UK’s most prestigious magic society (members include King Charles and even Sooty!). I’m also a proud member of the South London Magic Society (“the friendliest magic club in the UK”) and the Pentacle Magic Club in Cambridge.
I’ve been entertaining audiences for over 25 years. I even ran The Streatham Comedy Club in London for 8 years, booking acts like Romesh Ranganathan and Rob Beckett, and working alongside comedy pros such as Kevin Day. Back then, I often compered, slipping in some deliberately silly “crap magic” to get the laughs flowing.
These days, I’m equally at home performing for grown-ups or kids. My children were the first to see my magic, which soon led to birthday parties, schools, local halls, and the occasional charity gig (though I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been asked to perform for free!).
So, whether it’s a family party, wedding, or corporate event, let’s make some magic happen at yours.
King Charles is the most prestigious Member of The Magic Circle.
Sooty is a arguably the most famous Member of The Magic Circle.
I’m DBS checked and happy to share details during the booking process.
Before becoming a full-time magician, I spent most of my career as an Advertising Creative Director at some of London’s most respected agencies. That role trained me to perform for the toughest audience of all, blue-chip clients! These days, I’ve swapped PowerPoint slides for something far more engaging: magic, mind reading, and persuasion.
A few fun facts from my journey to becoming a magician:
In the 1980s, I was a Rubik’s Cube Champion when the craze first hit the UK. I even met inventor Ernő Rubik, appeared in the national press, and was featured on TV. (Maybe that explains the dexterity in my magic today!)
Every year, I play Santa Claus for a local charity, which taught me an important lesson: most children don’t tidy their rooms until Christmas, and even then, only if presents are involved!
During my early advertising days, I had the privilege of meeting Mother Teresa in Calcutta, where she handed me her “business card.” Life can take you to some unexpected places.
Whether you’re planning a children’s party, wedding, christening, bar mitzvah, festival, school event, corporate gathering, cabaret, or even a pub garden show, I’d love to bring some magic and sparkle to your day.

Santa at the local Christmas fete looks very similar to Mr Magii. They can't be the same guy, as there is only one Santa Claus right?
I wish I still had the same build today - this is me receiving my Rubik's Cube trophy from the sponsor The Daily Mirror.
This is the business card Mother Teresa (now Saint Teresa of Calcutta) gave me.
